Refund policy

Due to hygiene reasons, press-on nails and custom-made nail sets are non-returnable and non-refundable once shipped.

We only offer replacements or refunds in the following cases:
• Item arrives damaged
• Wrong item received
• Missing items

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.

Sizing issues are not eligible for refunds or returns, as sizing kits and size guides are provided before purchase.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
