PROCESSING TIME

All nails are handmade. Please allow 3–7 business days for processing before shipment.

We appreciate your patience as handmade quality takes time πŸ’•

During peak seasons or sales periods, processing time may extend slightly.

SHIPPING TIME ESTIMATES

USA:
5–10 business days

International:
7–21 business days depending on location

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

EXPRESS SHIPPING

Express shipping upgrades are available at checkout. This speeds up delivery time but does NOT shorten processing time.

TRACKING

All orders include tracking. Tracking details will be emailed once your order ships.

Please allow 1–3 days for tracking updates to appear.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has shipped, we cannot reroute the package.

If the parcel is returned to us, reshipping fees will apply.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Once packages are shipped, they are in the hands of the carrier.

We are not responsible for postal delays, customs delays, or lost packages.

However, we will always try our best to help you locate your parcel.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes.

These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED

If tracking shows "Delivered" but you did not receive it, please check:
